So this is the item that they sent me for free for my previous order and it was amazing because I really wanted this item before they did that and when I went to pay it said it was a gift so thank you wise box I'm going to be buying the rest of the AC sets
Great gift
What an excellent gift-with-purchase! The design of this compact little "book" makes it very easy to display a number of places, either properly in with real books or standing on its own on a shelf or table, as it is easily stable enough to do so. The additional options, like keeping it open for the "back" to be over to the left of Ezio with the Creed background visible, or even removing Ezio's stand on its own entirely, are all very nice, though I did find having Ezio face sideways to look out the spine window doesn't work very easily with the brick-build backdrop in place. The build itself uses some novel techniques in a way I think works rather well, like ice picks for the Assassin A and the handcuffs to represent the curved "engraved" styling of much of ACII's artwork. Ezio, in the Armor of Altaïr, also looks FANTASTIC. Even the subtle printing on the shoulders is different on each arm to match the pauldron/unarmored sides. He only comes with the standing legs and the A-pose arms, which is sufficient for a display piece, and isn't really an issue for lacking, as the Leap of Faith blind box for Ezio has the standard straight arms and squatting legs, so if you have both, you can mix-and-match to your liking; side note, I appreciated that this one comes with a younger beardless face, this time with a sly smirk (compared to his serious default look in the other sets with Giovanni's robes), a look he does still rock when he first gets the armor, compared to the box using the bearded face from the Brotherhood set, which he did have in the end game memories; it was nice seeing so much variability off of just this one Armor. I do want to point out that the background tile of him, beyond just having a hair piece which I would love to see in a future set, is actually missing his glove, which is inaccurate to this armor and the included minifigure, but DOES match the blind box figure. The in-game armor also doesn't have red trim on the hood, which is much more subtle, but as the shape is correct and the red pops so much more than the only slightly grayer black trim would be able to on a figure this size, this is the best compromise I can think of to maximize detail. This made me very glad I ordered through the website for the GWP; it's a fantastic part of this collection.
Received for free with my purchase
It was fun, relatively cheap, easy to make, & a great gift for Assassins Creed fans.
Absolutely love it
Quick and easy build
It was an awesome set to build and so glad I can show case my love for Assassin's Creed!
Looks okay. Really wish the figure was pre-built, cause the hands were WAY TOO tight to get into the arms.
These products are a like a dream coming to fruition.
