14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return window for orders placed on our official US website, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Please note: Opened or assembled building block sets are strictly non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process & Shipping Costs

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions and a US domestic return shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping: For standard returns (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). For defective or incorrect items, Wiseblock will provide a prepaid return label.

  4. Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

  • Missing parts: If you discover missing pieces during assembly, please contact our customer service team. We will provide the corresponding after-sales support and arrange for replacement parts based on the specific situation.

  • Incorrect items: A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened, used, or assembled building sets (unless defective)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance, final sale, or gift card items

Exchanges The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product once the return is approved and place a new order separately through our website.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
